Second houses and tenants. The new order of the Veneto Region n. 44/2020.

The order of the Veneto Region n. 44 of May 3, 2020 reaffirmed that movements to second homes and other movable assets (e.g. boats, campers, etc.) by owners or lessees are permitted, for the sole purpose of carrying out maintenance activities. In the clarifications available on the Veneto Region website, it also states that, for this purpose, tenants must have a specific declaration issued by the owner attesting that the tenant is carrying out the work.
