Agrarian retract and real offer

The Supreme Court, section III, with decision of 8 April 2022, n. 11491, on the subject of agrarian redemption, stated that the debtor of a pecuniary obligation, faced with the creditor's refusal to receive the service, has no other means of getting rid of his debt than the real offer referred to in art. 1208 of the Italian Civil Code, to no avail, noting that the creditor has refused the fulfillment in good or bad faith.
