The Council of State, section V, with precautionary order n. 1881 of 10 April 2020 established that the setting of a council chamber in the period between 6 and 15 April 2020 for the discussion of the precautionary application, following the adoption of a monochromatic decree pursuant to art. 56 c.p.a., falls under the regime referred to in the third period of art. 84, paragraph 2, d.l. n. 18 of 2020 ("Cura Italia" Decree) and, therefore, the collective treatment of the precautionary request cannot be postponed on request by the appellant.
