The limits of applicability of the institution of exoneration

The Supreme Court of Cassation, Sec. I, in its May 30, 2024, No. 15155, ruling on bankruptcy matters, ruled that "the benefit of exoneration must be granted unless the creditors have been totally unsatisfied or have been satisfied in a percentage that is by no means negligible."
