Antonio Pavan
Graduated at age of 23 with a Law degree from the University of Padua with the diploma thesis in Administrative Rule of Law ("Judicial protection of rights against silence – non-performance by the public administration" under the supervision of Prof. Leopoldo Mazzarolli), Antonio Pavan started his professional training in a prestigious law firm of Treviso. After the initial years of professional activity in the aforementioned legal office, he proceeded firstly by establishing a professional association, followed by setting up his own legal practice firm.
Nowadays, Antonio Pavan continues to operate on a regular basis in the field of Administrative and Commercial Law, besides supervising and organizing the casework load of his 10 collaborators employed by his law firm. A professional mediator, and Counsel of the Rucellai Raffaelli Law firm with head offices in Milan, Bologna and Rome, Antonio Pavan is also a member of the Associazione Veneta degli Avvocati Amministrativisti (Veneto Association of Attorneys specialized in Administrative cases) and a member of the the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland.
Moreover, Mr. A. Pavan is involved in scientific studies and research: to this date there are numerous publications under his name (articles and monographs) for the main publishing houses (Giuffrè, Kluwer Ipsoa, Cedam, Utet, Il Sole 24 Ore, Altalex), notwithstanding his ongoing participation as guest speaker to numerous conferences and seminars.
